At Wish Wand, each order is reviewed individually under the terms below.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear photo or video evidence. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are specialty items and may be made to order or handled in limited-run batches, we do not guarantee returns for used items, items damaged after delivery, items not in original condition, or items returned without prior approval.
Change of Mind
We do not guarantee refunds for buyer’s remorse, personal preference, mistaken orders, or failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Delivery Delays
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Refused Deliveries / Returned Packages
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an address issue caused by the customer, original shipping costs and any reshipping costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first to try to resolve any issue before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
